PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject suppressant capable of suppressing or inhibiting functions expressed by a multidimensional structure of a reactional substrate by including a specific 6-membered ring compound containing carbonyl group as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This suppressant is obtained by including a compound represented by formula I [R1 to R6 are each H, a halogen, a 1-6C alkyl, amidino, a 3-8C cycloalkyl, an aryl or the like; A is H or a group represented by formula II (R7 is a 1-6C alkyl, sulfide or the like; R8 and R9 are each H, allyl or the like)] (e.g. 4-isopropyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one) as an active ingredient. When using the compound as a medicine, the compound can be mixed with a pharmaceutically required ingredient such as a carrier, an excipient or a diluent, prepared as a pharmaceutical composition in a dosage form such as a powder, a granule, a tablet, a capsule or a parenteral injection and administered. The active ingredient is preferably included in an amount of 0.1-80 wt.% in the case of the powder, granule, tablet and capsule and usually preferably 0.01-20 wt.% in the case of the parenteral injection. |
