PURPOSE: An integrated circuit device is provided to effectively stop current supply by deleting a leak current when a power down mode. CONSTITUTION: The integrated circuit device comprises: a first supply voltage terminal(18) for applying a first electro-static potential; a second supply voltage terminal(19) for applying a second electro-static potential; a third supply voltage terminal(20) for applying a first electro-static potential which can power down; an output terminal; a first conductive MOS transistor(26) having a source terminal connected to the third supply voltage terminal, a back gate terminal connected to the second supply voltage terminal and a drain terminal connected to the output terminal wherein the source terminal and the back gate terminal are electrically isolated; a second conductive MOS transistor(27) having a drain terminal connected to the output terminal, and a back gate terminal and a source terminal connected to the first supply voltage terminal; and a gate potential control unit(28) connected to the second supply voltage terminal, third supply voltage terminal and a voltage difference detecting unit for detecting a voltage difference, and for controlling a voltage of the gate terminal of the first conductive MOS transistor.
