PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve peeling efficiency without damaging an object to be peeled and a substrate thereof by a peeling disk for stickers or the like. SOLUTION: A body 1 having an axis of rotation or an axial hollow 3 for mounting a rotative drive tool at the center is formed of a soft synthetic resin or a rubber having wearability and elasticity. A plurality of plate protrusions 5 which are contacted under pressure on the surface of an object to be peeled are provided in the periphery of the body 1 at fixed intervals (a) in the circumferential direction and a plurality of recesses 6 are each provided between any two plate protrusions 5 for inhibition of frictional heat generation and heat dissipation and cooling.
