PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a anhydrous composition scarcely transporting, excellent in stability and dispersibility and useful for cosmetics, medical formulations or the like by including a silicone oil, a pigment and a specified oxialkylenized silicone. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) preferably >=5 wt.% (based on the total composition) of at least one silicone oil such as an arbitrarily functionalized linear polydiorganosiloxane, (B) preferably 0.1-20 wt.% of at least one pigment such as titanium dioxide and (C) preferably 0.1-20 wt.% of at least one oxialkylenized silicone represented by the formula R is (CH2)p -O- (C2H4O)x(C3H6O)yR1 [R1 is H, CH3 or CH2CH3; (p) is 1-5, (x) is 1-100; (y) is 0-50]; R2 is a 1-3C alkyl or phenyl; (m) is 5-300} or the like substituted atαandωpositions.
