PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject hair cosmetic that shows excellent hair-setting properties, gives hairs good combing properties and not-greasy touch with increased durability by using a combination of fine particles of pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer with specific fine particles. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic includes (A) fine particles of a polymer that is insoluble in water and ethers and is sticky at room temperature and (B) fine particles that is insoluble in water and ethanol and has no stickiness at room temperature. In a preferred embodiment, the component B is spherical and has larger diameter than that of the component A, for example, of 5-20μm, and a polyamide resin powder can be cited in an embodiment. The amount of the component A is 0.1-10 wt.%, while the component B is about 0.1-10 wt.% where the weight ratio of A/B is 1/1-3/1.
