PURPOSE: Electric connector is separated from the second connector by a lever's rotation, and is connected to the second connector by the lever's rotation. CONSTITUTION: An electric connector includes a first connector(12), an operation lever pivotally mounted to the first connector, and has a cam groove(52) therein. The second connector(14) has a cap projector(38) connected to a cam groove(52) of the operation level. The first and second connectors(12,14) are interconnected or are separated from each other according to a rotation of the operation lever. The pivot bosses(48,50) and the pivots(36,56) are provided from the inside or the outside of the operation lever. Thereby, the problem when completely connecting the lever-type connectors is removed.
