PURPOSE: An inspection apparatus is provided to improve inspect leakage of a soil pipe. CONSTITUTION: An inspection apparatus comprises a pipe having electric conductivity, which is not very high electric conductivity, and an electric measuring device moving in the pipe. Voltage is loaded to the electric measuring device, and leakage current is measured by a center unit having a plurality measuring units at the same potential. In inspecting a location and a size of the leakage portion of the pipe, the position of the leakage portion can be obtained by dividing the measuring current of the central unit into at least two measuring electrodes.
