PURPOSE: A panel connection structure is provided to enhance the sealing and the appearance by a simple operation without using a cocking material. CONSTITUTION: A panel(1) connection structure formed by interposing a sealing material(6) between two panels comprises the steps of: forming an insertion groove(56) in a shape of narrow opening on the area not contacted with a panel of the surface of the connection member; forming an adhesion machine part(7) inserted and engaged to the insertion groove on one end of the sealing material; and forming a head part(9) to elastically changed to seal the space between the panels on the other end of the sealing material.
