PURPOSE: A sun roof cover combining structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of components and increase working efficiency by directly combining an outer cover and an inner cover. CONSTITUTION: The sun roof cover combining structure comprises:a frame(8) fixed and installed on a roof; a combining member(42) penetratingly inserted into an inserting hole(22) of a diffraction link(18) by projectively formed on one side of an outer cover; a stepping part(44) formed along the outer circumference on the end of the combining member; and a hanging piece openly curved to elastically insert to be fitted the stepping part of the combining member.
