PURPOSE: A reflect type LCD is provided to enhance contrast. CONSTITUTION: The reflect type comprises: an upper and lower substrates(15,11) being disposed to oppose each other; a reflective film(14) formed on inner side of the lower substrate; a color filter(16) which is formed on inner side of the upper substrate and red, green and blue unit filters are repeatedly arranged on; and a liquid crystal layer(17) disposed between the upper and lower substrates; and wherein the reflective film is formed with different heights, the height of the reflective film opposing the red filter is lower than the height of aid reflective film opposing the green filter, and the height of the reflective film opposing the blue filter is higher than the height of aid reflective film opposing the green filter
