PURPOSE: A manual focusing apparatus is provided to improve complicated structure of a com-shaped teeth of a manual focusing ring. CONSTITUTION: The focusing apparatus comprises; a fixed ring having fixed terminals; a rotary ring coupled to the fixed ring and having a reference terminal of which one end is connected to a rotary terminal(20R) and the other end is connected to a control part(45); a focusing variable part(30) having resistors(R1, R2, R3) of which one ends are respectively connected to the fixed terminals of the fixed ring and the other ends are connected to a reference voltage(Vcc), and a reference resistor RG connected in parallel between the control part and a reference terminal(20G). The focusing variable part outputs different signal values when the rotary terminal is selectively connected to the fixed terminals of the fixed ring.
