PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gold ornamental goods which are free from deformation by firing and allows the easy application of three-dimensional gold ornaments approximate to gold patterns by glost rotting and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: This process for producing the gold ornaments consists in applying gold ornamentation by combination of matte-tone gold patterns and bright- tone gold patterns to a body for ornamentation consisting of pottery or ceramics, in which the body for ornamentation formed by firing a glaze glass layer of 520 to 630 deg.C in glass yield point is coated with transfer paper adjacently provided with a bright layer consisting of a bright gold paste and a matte layer consisting of a matte gold paste and is fired at 750 to 900 deg.C to form V-shaped grooves 100 in the boundary portions 102 between the bright layer 12 and the matte layer 11.
