PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the vibration buffering effect, to facilitate the assembling, and to simplify the structure of a fan fitting part. SOLUTION: In case of fitting a fan device 20 to a fan fitting part 51, a rubber bush 41 is fitted in a fitting hole 29 of a bush fitting part 25 at three positions in the peripheral part of a fan casing 21 through a notch 28, and a second cylindrical part 44 inside of each bush 41 is fitted on each fitting boss 53 of the fan fitting part 51 side. Thereafter, a fitting screw 54 is screwed into a screw hole 53a of each fitting boss 53 so as to fit the fan device 20 for fixation to the fan fitting part 51.
