PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a proper quantity of lubricating oil to a thrust part, regardless of number of revolution of a rotary shaft, by providing an opening and closing valve device opened when a difference between upper and lower sides of a valve element exceeds a prescribed value, on an oil discharging passage discharging excess lubricating oil supplied to the thrust part. SOLUTION: Lubricating oil within an oil reservoir at the bottom part of a sealed housing 8 of a fluid machine is sucked by an oil pump 51 formed at a lower end part of a rotary shaft 5, is supplied to an upper bearing 71 and a rotary bearing 73 through an oil supply hole 52 and lubricates these bearing 71 and 73. A part of lubricating oil introduced into a chamber 61 formed on a frame 6 is drawn to a thrust part 65 by revolution motion of a rotary scroll 2 and excess lubricating oil within the chamber 61 is returned to the oil reservoir 8 via an oil discharging passage 62. In this case, an opening and closing device 90 opened when a difference of pressure within the chamber 61 and pressure within the sealed housing 8 becomes a prescribed value or more is provided on the halfway of the oil discharging passage 62 and proper quantity of lubricating oil can be always supplied to the thrust part 65.
