PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow automobile occupants to smoothly get on and off at an entrance part for an automobile by flattening an entire floor and to secure the path of turn of an automobile turning device on the flat floor without requiring new motive power. SOLUTION: A recess part 14 of a predetermined depth is provided in the floor of an entrance part 11 for an automobile over the range needed to secure the path of turn of an automobile turning device 79. A deck panel 21 that can close an opening 140, an expandable deck support device 25 supporting the deck panel 21, and a deck drive 35 displacing the deck panel 21 downward by use of an elevator 76 are provided in the recess part 14. Normally, the recess part 14 is covered with the deck panel 21 to make the floor flat. When the automobile turning device 79 turns, the deck panel 21 is lowered into the recess part 14 to form the path of turn on the floor.
