摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate the concrete inside and outside of a steel pipe to a steel plate through a steel bar to make the whole concrete section effectively function against the shearing force of a column base part by fastening the steel plate of a steel-pipe column to a steel bar by a use of nut and protruding the end part of the steel bar from the steel plate. SOLUTION: Insert-holes 12 for passing steel bars 4 are bored in the opposed steel plates 11, 11 of a steel-pipe column 1 in a plurality of stages, the steel bars 4 are inserted to each insert hole 12, arranged in the lateral direction of the steel-pipe column 1, and fastened by nuts 5. The tips of the steel bars 4 are sufficiently protruded from the steel plates 11, and the protruding length is set so as not to make contact with the main bar 7 of a concrete encased column base 2. The steel-pipe column 1 is stood on the inside of the main bar 7 so as not to make contact with the main bar 7, and the main bar 7 group is enclosed by hoop bars 8. The form of the concrete encased column base 2 is assembled, concrete 13 is placed therein, and concrete 3 is filled into the steel-pipe column 1 through the filling holes 12.
