PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth brush capable of preventing and improving dental diseases such as tooth caries or a periodontal disease by concentratedly cleaning irregular parts in which plaque is apt to be accumulated. SOLUTION: A tooth brush comprises a head part 1 having a plurality of bundles 2 of hairs each formed by bundling a plurality of brush hairs buried in a hair planting surface 3, a neck part 4 adjacent thereto and a grip part. At least one or more protruding planes 5 are formed on the hair planting surface 3. On the protruding plane 5 and the hair planting surface 3 around the periphery thereof, a plurality of bundles 2 of hairs are buried so that the ends of brush hairs are inclined toward the substantially central part of the plane 5.
