PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a sure stain preventing treatment even to a carpet already spread on a floor. SOLUTION: The moving type carpet heating device in which an inclination angle variable tilting base 13 is provided on a truck 11 to which casters 111 and 112 are attached and a heating blower 14 is fixed on it is used. On the tip of the heating blower 14, a horn 143 provided with a horizontally long opening is provided. After atomizing and applying a stain preventing treating agent to the carpet, it is dried and further, the stain preventing treating agent is cured by blowing the hot blast of about 150-180 deg.C by the heating device.
