摘要

PURPOSE: Novel humanization antibody to cancer peculiar antigen TAG-72(Tumor-associated glycoprotein-72) maintained antigen bonding ability and decreased possibility of inducing human immune reaction by decreasing CDRs(Complementarily determining regions) and FRs(Framework regions) amino acid residue of rat. CONSTITUTION: The present invention consisted of humanization light chain and heavy chain gene manufactured by targen of human gene similar to CDRs and FRs sequence of rat antibody to TAG-72, expression vector, transgenic body and a process for humanization antibody to TAG-72 by cultivating said transgenic body.
