PURPOSE: A production method of a bar having a ventilation hole is provided to improve the yield rate of a process by preventing the generation of a defect even though the size of the ventilating hole is large or small, and to reduce costs of a production. CONSTITUTION: The production method comprises steps of: forming a dough by mixing the starch and water; forming a bar having a ventilating hole by pressing the dough in an extruding machine having an exhaust nozzle, and preventing to limit the ventilating hole of the bar by spouting air to the ventilating hole of the bar by an air nozzle installed inside the exhaust nozzle; processing the pressed bar having the ventilating hole by cooling.
