PURPOSE: A device for activating a fuel installed between a fuel tank and an injector in a fuel supplying system of an internal combustion engine is provided. CONSTITUTION: A device for activating a fuel comprises:a metal outer pipe(20) containing a hole(20-1); a front end cap(10) inserted into the front end unit of the outer pipe; an inner pipe(30) inserted to the outer pipe; a fuel inlet nozzle(31) for a fuel to be injected to the inner pipe; a fuel activating unit(60) forming the fuel to a corpuscle for eliminating an impurity; and a fuel outlet nozzle(52) settled to a pressure adjusting unit(50) by a bolt for discharging the fuel.
