PURPOSE: A metal steel pipe bending method is provided to solve the problem of bending, generating a crack or crushing of a metal steel. CONSTITUTION: The metal steel pipe bending method comprises the steps of:heating the water filled up in a melting port with a steam heat; putting a metal processing auxiliary material, a low melting point alloy, into the melting port at 70 to 80°C; inserting the melted metal processing auxiliary material inside the metal steel pipe with the heated water; cooling the metal processing auxiliary material at 40°C; bending-processing the metal steel pipe filled with the metal processing auxiliary material into a desired shape; putting the metal steel pipe which finishes bending into the melting port and melting the metal processing auxiliary material with a hot water.
