ROTARY TRANS OF A MAGNETIC RECORDING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A rotary trans of a magnetic recording apparatus and a method for forming the same are provided to improve signal transfer characteristic and to minimize the rotary trans. CONSTITUTION: The rotary trans forming method comprises the steps of: depositing a photosensitive material on a groove(100) to form a predetermined photosensitive layer(600); etching the ferrite(100) so as to be formed an annular flute(110) to eliminate the photosensitive layer remaining on the ferrite(100); forming a sendust(200) on the ferrite(100); forming an insulating layer in the annular flute(110) of the ferrite(100); forming a metallic layer(410) on the insulating layer of the annular groove(110); depositing a photosensitive material on the metallic layer(410) to form a predetermined photosensitive layer(700); etching the metallic layer(410) so as to be formed a coil(400) to eliminate the photosensitive layer remaining on the coil(400); fulfilling an insulation material in the annular groove(110) of the ferrite(100).
