PURPOSE: An exhausting device containing an integral converter structure is provided to increase exhausting efficiency of an engine, to reduce the volume and the mass of a component, and to save a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An intake and exhaust device is made by:an intake system dispersing the mixed air to each cylinder and containing an air cleaner eliminating dusts in an air inserted to a cylinder; an exhaust system containing an outlet manifold synthesizing the exhausting gases of each cylinder, a catalysis converter(6) blocking a harmful gas in the exhausting gas, a exhausting pipe, and a silencer reducing an exhausting noise; and a sub-muffler(5a) and a main-muffler(5) installed in a rear end of the catalysis converter.
