PURPOSE: An exclusive or/nor gate circuit is provided to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The exclusive or/nor gate circuit comprises: a first input terminal(31); a second input terminal(32); an output terminal(33); an inverter(IV31) of which input terminal is connected to the second input terminal; a tri-state buffer(TS31) having an input terminal connected to the first input terminal and the output terminal, and a positive control terminal connected to the second input terminal, and a negative control terminal connected to the output terminal of the inverter; and a transmission gate(TG31) having an input/output terminal connected to the first input terminal and the output terminal, respectively, and a positive control terminal connected to the output terminal of the inverter, and a negative control terminal connected to the second input terminal.
