PURPOSE: A control circuit of a output driver is provided, which can automatically adjust a size of a output driver corresponding to a power voltage change of the output driver. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit of a output driver comprises: a power voltage detecting unit (11) for detecting a power voltage provided to a output driver to output the detecting voltage; a comparator (121) for comparing the detecting voltage and a reference voltage; a control unit (131) for responding the output of the comparator to generate an up signal and a down signal; a up/down counter (141) for responding the up signal and the down signals to generate an up or down count signal; and a logic unit (151) for responding to the up/down count signals and inner data to perform the gating of the output driver. Therefore, if the power voltage of the output driver is changed to high power voltage or low power voltage, a speed which the output data of the output driver is a output high voltage and a output low voltage is not delay and decrease.
