PURPOSE: A system is provided to reduce a transfer delay of an internet media and a packet loss. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises: a unit for randomly copying one or more packets in a message; a unit for selecting one or more different paths of one or more destinations through a network; a unit for transmitting each copy to one of the different paths; a unit for determining a position of a received copy from a received message; a unit for arranging the received copy according to positions in the destination memory.
