FEEDER SYSTEM FOR SUPPLYING ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS TO PICK UP LOCATIONS

PURPOSE: A feeder system for supplying electrical components to pick and place machine is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and maintenance costs by using a plurality of channels having a length aligned in an upright plane. CONSTITUTION: The feeder system (1) includes a plurality of hoppers (3) for storing the components; a plurality of pick up locations (4) for supplying the components to a pick and place machine; and plurality of channels (5) for providing communication between the respective hopper (3) and the pick up location (4), wherein a length of each of the channels (5) is aligned in an upright plane. The pick up locations (4) have substantially same vertical height compared to the bottom of the hoppers (3).
