PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a defective image by preventing toner from being adhered to a frame of a print head. SOLUTION: A part of a frame 21 of a print head 20 which is opposed to at least a printing particle holding means (second developing roller) 10 is formed of a conductive material. A voltage of which pole is the same as a printing particle 12 is applied to the part of the conductive material of the frame so that an electric field having a direction in which printing particle 12 is not allowed to fly is formed in a portion between the frame 21 of the print head 20 and printing particle holding means 10. |
