PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain bead section-reinforcing rubber compositions with a small permanent set and a small change in hardness after traveling. SOLUTION: Bead section-reinforcing rubber composition comprises 100 pts.wt. rubber component composed of a natural rubber and a butadiene rubber with a content of the butadiene rubber of not less than 40 wt.% and 1-20 pts.wt. silica, at the same time, without containing any silane coupling agent or 100 pts.wt. rubber component composed of a butadiene rubber containing 1,2- syndiotactic polybutadiene fibers and a natural rubber with a content of the butadiene rubber containing 1,2-syndiotactic polybutadiene fibers of not less than 40 wt.% and 1-25 pts.wt. silica, at the same time, without containing any silane coupling agent.
