PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle bell allowing the safe operation of a bicycle. SOLUTION: The bell body 4 is supported on a substrate portion 2 through a support mechanism 5. A rotor 16 interlocking with a maneuvering lever 6 is rotatably supported on a fixing spindle 13 stood on the substrate portion 2, hammer members 18, 19 and magnets 20, 21 are provided at the both ends of the rotor 16, a power supply coil 22 supported by the fixing spindle 13 is provided between the magnets 20, 21, a luminescent device 7 having light emitting diodes 27, 28 electrically connected with the power supply coil 22 is provided on the surface side of the bell body 4. Operation of the maneuvering lever 6 rotates the rotor 16, the hammer members 18, 19 hit the bell body 4 to generate ringing sound, and electromagnetic induction action of the magnets 20, 21 of the rotor 16 with the power supply coil 22 excites electromotive force on the power supply coil 22 to flash the light emitting diodes 27, 28.
