PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly compose manufacturing processes, and reduce a burden in manufacture. SOLUTION: A ball dispensing device 1 for a winning ball exclusive machine is provided with a storage tank 2 to store balls, a dispencing mechanism to dispensing balls stored in the storage tank 2, a pre-installation part 4 disposed on the storage tank 2, and a first dispensing control part 5 to control the discharging mechanism 3. To this ball dispensing device 1 for the winning ball exclusive machine, a dispensing mechanism 6 as a separate body is added, and the first dispensing control part 5 is replaced by a second dispensing control part 7, so a ball dispensing device 8 for a ball lending corresponding machine can be composed. Otherwise, to this ball dispensing device 1 for the winning ball exclusive device, the dispensing mechanism 6 as the separate body, and a third dispensing control part 10 as a separate body are added, so a ball dispensing device 9 for the ball lending corresponding machine can be composed.
