PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine dispenser from which various types of medicines for preparation can be dispensed. SOLUTION: This medicine dispenser for dispensing medicines for preparation has a number of medicine cassettes to store medicines 1 for preparation and a medicine carrying mechanism 30 to take out a required medicine 1 from the cassette storing the medicine among the medicine cassettes 20 and carry the medicine to a prescribed position. The medicine carrying mechanism 30 has a friction member 35 to take out the required medicine. The friction member 35 has a number of protrusions formed on the friction surface facing the medicine cassettes 20, and is driven so that the friction surface moves upward or obliquely upward. With this friction surface, the device can be more widely applied without regard to types or softness/hardness of medicines for preparation.
