PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a handicapped person to take a bath as is in an almost face-up lying condition by uplifting a part of the bottom of a bathtub with the bottom part and a wall part to form a plurality of continuous slope parts. SOLUTION: The base part 1 of this bathtub is formed of synthetic soft resin foam so as to have a rectangle bottom face with a plane outer periphery part and a plurality of slope parts with a plurality of protrusions at the center part. The wall part 2 is formed hollow by a soft synthetic resin film and the lower part thereof is made into a frame part in prescribed thickness fixed to the upper face in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the bathtub base part 1 and an air vent 3 is formed on the side face of the wall part 2. A hot water port 4 is formed on the lower outer periphery of the bathtub base part 1. By making the bathtub base part have, for instance, three protrusions, a user can lies on the slope in a condition the leg part is slightly bent. Since the user's head can be laid on the uppermost part of the protrusion, no load is applied on the user's body and the user's hair can be easily washed.
