PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair functioning as a bed provided with a toilet stool, that allows a patient to change it into a chair form or a bed form by himself/ herself and excrement can easily be disposed of. SOLUTION: This bed is composed of a backrest 15, a middle part 5, and a footplate 14 which are attached using hinges 10. The backrest 15 and the footplate 14 are moved together through connection links 7, 8 and can be changed into a chair form or a bed form using the switch of a chair tilt adjustment motor 2. A toilet stool 6 whose lid can be opened/closed is disposed under the middle part 5 and is provided with a series of cleaning devices which disposes of excrement sanitarily and can be operated using a switch.
