PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood drawing tube, storing a liquid medicine, which is extremely low in steam permeability and is easy to manufacture by filling resin with little steam permeability into a bottom part and closely adhering a plastic film with little steam permeability on an outer peripheral surface except the bottom part. SOLUTION: On the entire periphery of a tube outer surface except a tube bottom semi-spherical part of a bottomed tube 1 in which a polyethylene terephthalate resin tube bottom part is semi-spherical, a polyamide resin film 2 for which alumina deposition is performed is closely adhered and acrylic resin is used as adhesive. Paraffin wax 6 is heated and is cooled and solidified after wax 6 is injected in liquid into a bottom part within the tube. Liquid chemical 3 that sodium citrate is dissolved in distilled water is filled into this bottomed tube 1. Further, an opening part of the bottomed tube 1 is closely adhered by a sealing property member 4 under prescribed pressure reduction and a pressure reduction blood collecting tube 7 in which a resealing property member 5 is adhered on the top surface is manufactured. When this pressure reduction blood collecting tube 7 elapses for twelve mouths at 25 deg.C and under RH 40% and liquid chemical amount is measured, a rate of change without a practical problem can be obtained.
