PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heating efficiency of a foot warm bath device by supplying an appropriate volume of hot water into an inner tub easily, and to prevent a user from getting scalded in the toe or heel. SOLUTION: This foot warm bath device has a nearly square inner tub 1 made of an electric insulating material whose top is open, heat generating cords 2a, 2b, an outer tub 3 which constitutes the shell of the device, an outer lid 7 made of the electric insulating material to close the top opening of the outer tub 3 and the inner tub 1 for covering the inner tub 1 and the heat generating cords 2a and 2b, a controller 6 to control the heat generation volume of the heat generating cords 2a and 2b, and a heat generation volume setting means 5 to set the heat generating volume of the heat generating cords 2a and 2b. The heat generating cords 2a and 2b which are saturated at a temperature lower than the heat resisting temperature of the inner tub 1 are mounted on the outer side surface and outer bottom surface of the inner tub. On the inner side surface of the inner tub 1, plural water level lines 12 are vertically formed, marking the expected highest water level when a user puts the feet into hot water in the inner tub 1. The heat generating cord 2a attached on the outer side surface of the inner tub 1 are located so that the top end of the heat generating cord 2a is not higher than the expected highest water level of the water level lines 12, and the heat generating cord 2a is rougher on the front and rear sides and denser on the left and right sides of the inner tub 1.
