PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry and handle components of the lid part of a rice cooker and to improve the assemblability as well. SOLUTION: For this rice cooker, the lid part provided with a lid outer plate 10 for constituting the outermost shell of a lid, a lid inner plate 20 for constituting the inner side of the lid outer plate 10 and a heat radiation plate 30 is freely openably and closably attached to a main body part incorporating an inner pot. In this case, the heat radiation plate 30 is provided with a peripheral wall 31 whose peripheral edge is bent upwards, the peripheral wall 31 is provided with plural projection parts 33 and the lid inner plate 20 is provided with a recessed groove part 21 and a locking part 24 to be engaged with the projection part 33.
