PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating efficiency by fixing a rubber plate and a washing body to two mutually adjacent fixing parts of a U-shaped cross section at the front direction of a main body orthogonal to a handle. SOLUTION: The main body 2 is formed by vertically overlapping fixing parts 5 and 6 which are thin and long in right/left and the cross sections of which are in the shape of two U adjacent in a vertical direction and the opening parts of the respective parts 5 and 6 are made to face forward. Then, at an upper side is a rubber fixing part 5 and at a lower side is a washer fixing part 6. They are formed in parallel with each other and in an equal length. In addition, it is desirable that the dewatering part 7 of the front end part of the plate 3 is as a position projecting forward compared with the front end of the washing body 4 at the time of fixing the plate 3 and a body 4 to the respective parts 5 and 6. A handle 1 is cylindrical, formed to be the length degree of a width which can be grasped by a single hand and orthogonally mount-fixed to the main body 1. The material of the handle 1 and the main body 2 is synthetic resin or metal.
