ANTICANCER DRUG CONTAINING SALMOSIN WITH TUMOR VASCULARIZATION REPRESSIBLE FACILITY AS ACTIVE COMPONENT

摘要

PURPOSE: Anticancer drug contained novel disintegrin for salmosin separated from sarcocyte of agkistrodon halys brevicandus and contained Arg-Gly-Asp(RGD) sequence as active component. CONSTITUTION: Anticancer drug containing salmosin as active component not only repressed growth of solid tumor but also transferred tumor by inhibiting tumor vascularization strongly with repressing alphaVbeta3 integrin as novel disintegrin, and used to various cancer treatment by decreasing side effect remarkably.
