PURPOSE: A mobile computer is provided, which can operate by a hands-free method. CONSTITUTION: A mobile computer comprises: a computer housing (26), wherein includes entire components of conventional computer having a front portion, rear portion, upper portion, lower portion, and side portion section; a hands-free active means; and an attaching means for attaching the computer housing (26) to user, wherein the rear portion section has a means for attaching a cable to itself and the lower portion section is positioned on the body of user when the computer is attached, and wherein the side section having an upper-side portion section and a lower-side section, which the upper-side section is formed as a heat conduction material and the lower-side section is formed as a heat insulation material. Therefore, the heat occurred by CPU positioned in the computer housing is efficiently processed.
