PURPOSE: A liquid distributing device is provided to obtain a uniform distribution of a liquid along the whole section of a column in a wide loading range regardless of the load. CONSTITUTION: A device for distributing a liquid comprises: a distributing duct(2) being installed in the liquid distributing device for containing an inlet duct(3); an aperture(5) being formed by a hydraulic pressure type on a horizontal middle wall(10) of the inlet duct; a distributing chamber(4) arranged on the middle wall near the aperture; an outlet aperture(7) on the distributing chamber for the liquid being discharged by passing through a stream deflecting shaping unit(6) being installed on the distributing chamber as a U-shape duct; and a discharging point(8) in the stream deflecting shaping unit near the distributing chamber for transferring the liquid to a filling material or to a packing.
