PURPOSE: A hose coupler of a hydrant is provided to easily assemble and disassemble a hydrant by two actions of fixing and turning the coupler body. CONSTITUTION: A coupler(70) comprises of a coupler cap(71), a coupler body(72), a rubber packing(73), and many metal guide pins(74). The coupler cap has a slope(71a) to compress the rubber packing to the circumference of the hydrant by being closely adhered to the slope of the rubber packing and sliding when the coupler cap revolves the coupler body on the inner face of the upper part and tightens up the coupler body on the coupler cap.
