PURPOSE: A recording media and manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce onus of a system body when a data stored in a recording media is processed. CONSTITUTION: The media comprises an information recording surface for recording an information and an electronic circuit mounting surface mounted an electronic circuit. The recording media comprises a surface and a back surface. The information surface is one of the surface or the back surface, the electronic circuit mounting surface is the other surface. The electric circuit has a electronic element mounted on an insulating substrate having a printed circuit board and a ceramic substrate.
