<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral spring mounting method and apparatus which enable mounting of a spiral spring on a spring mounting part of a member desired to mount so as not to be scattered. SOLUTION: In this method, in mounting a core end of a spiral spring and a retaining end thereof on a spring mounting part of a member desired to mount, the core end positioned and set is turned to retain the retaining end. The core end is deflected to adjust the phase thereof and the member desired to mount arranged right above the core end and the retaining end is lowered to transfer the core end and the retaining end to the spring mounting part. This apparatus includes a lower jig 10 provided with a first shaft 11 which vertically moves elastically and rotates freely to have the core end 8a positioned and set thereon and a second shaft 12 which vertically moves freely to have the retaining end 8b retained near the first shaft 11 and an upper jig 13 installed moving freely above the lower jig 10 so as to be made to correspond to right above the first and second shafts 11 and 12.</p> |
