<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a binder for a printing ink especially suitable for a nonaromatic solvent type printing ink, having excellent adhesiveness to various kinds of plastics such as polyester, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like, a material to be printed and a printing ink composition containing the binder for a printing ink. SOLUTION: In this binder for a printing ink containing mainly a polyurethane obtained by reacting a polymer diol with a diisocyanate compound and a chain extender, the binder contains a 2,4-dialkyl-1,5-pentanediol as the constituent composition for the polymer diol.</p> |
