PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the tuning freedom of damping characteristic by inclining an elastic body to be interposed between mass member and a vibrating body substantially circumferentially around the central axis of the mass member. SOLUTION: An elastic body 34 for elastically supporting a mass member 16 to a bracket plate 14 fixed to a vibrating body 12 is inclined in the circumferential direction of the mass member 16. The elastic body 34 is divisionally arranged around the mass member 16. The resultant force of the horizontal component forces of the vertical force inputted to each elastic body 34 according to the displacement of the bracket plate 14 of the mass member 16 acts in the circumferential direction of the mass member 16 to impart a rotating force to the mass member 16. The rotating directional displacement at this time has an influence on the vertical vibrating characteristic in a vibrating system formed of the mass member 16 and the elastic body 34 similarly to the vertical displacement of the mass member 16. Accordingly, by utilizing the rotating directional displacement of the mass member 16, the exciting force acting on the vibrating body 12 can be tuned with large freedom. |
