PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an effective product as an organic fertilizer in a short time and in particular, to enable utilization of human feces, rice hulls, etc., and further, effective utilization of materials to be disposed as various kinds of waste, such as domestic animal faces, food-industrial wastewater, sludge, raw cut plants/trees and garbage. SOLUTION: This production comprises: producing an active material from molasses or the like, in the presence of any of lactic acid bacteria, yeast, photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes; adding a mineral complex, amino acids, nucleic acids, seaweed gel, etc., to the resulting active material to obtain a microbial material; adding various kinds of yeast and if necessary, also a culture adjustment agent for microbes to the microbial material to ferment the mixture and to form a liquid material; mixing the resulting liquid material with human feces, animal feces, or the like to form a mixure in a full-ripe state; adding an equal amount of rice hulls to the amount of the mixture; then, separating the rice hull fraction from the resulting mixed material and concurrently, removing water from the separated rice hull fraction; and subjecting this rice hull fraction in a heaped state to exothermic fermentation and ripening to produce the objective product. |
