PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a plurality of garbage bags easily like so-called pocket tissue for contributing to keeping the environment clean, by storing a plurality of bag bodies formed out of polyethylene film and folded so as to be capable of being stored in a packaging bag formed into a portable pocket size. SOLUTION: A square packaging bag 2 formed into a portable pocket size is formed from two sheets of square and transparent polyethylene films for front and rear, and welding three side edges of the base side and both right and left sides. In the packaging bag 2, its front film is formed with a straight- line-shaped streak opening 2a at the prescribed position of its top part, and its rear film is formed integrally with a lid part 2b having a sealing tongue piece 2c at such a position and a size that the lid part 2b may cover the bottom edge of the streak opening 2a. A garbage bag body 4 is stored in the packaging bag 2 in such a condition that a plurality of square polyethylene bag bodies are folded and stored in a holding card 3, thus it is possible to carry it easily.
