SOLUTION: When the trouble of an electric energy supply device and hydraulic pressure supply device or the serious error such as the electric error of the control unit for controlling a brake are generated (Y of S 200), the valve device for controlling a wheel brake pressure is switched to such state that a current is not streamed (S 202). When the error in the range of the desirable measuring device of a driver is generated (Y of S 206), the valve of a front axle is switched to such state that the current is not streamed (S 208). When the error of the valve device is generated to only one wheel (Y of S 210), an electric control is carried out to only three wheel brakes (S 212). When a pressure sensor error is generated (Y of S 214), the common control of one axle is carried out in the range of a pressure control circuit (S 216).
